All materials are recyclable or environmentally friendly; instead of calculating quantities, we use the “necessary quantity, fixed working time” principle – the client does not pay for each meter and roll of film separately.
How does the ordering process work?
1. Inquiry

2. Offer
We will send you an accurate price estimate (hourly rate + VAT) within 1 working day.
3. Confirmation
You confirm in writing: date, contact person, access.
4. Execution
We will arrive at the agreed time, load, secure the goods, deliver them to the location and draw up a work handover certificate.
Client tips: how to reduce costs yourself
1. Sort early
Don’t pay for packing things that you will sell or dispose of anyway.
2. Create a “treasure box”
Keep vital documents and cables separate so that they are immediately at hand on moving day.
3. Mark valuable items
For example, “fragile crystal glasses” → we pack with a double layer, no risk.
4. Let us pack only the difficult part
For example, glass, art, technical equipment; you can put light textiles or books in the box yourself if you wish.

The service can be ordered without transport – packers arrive, pack and leave the boxes at your location.
Prices and samples
Simply: from 26 €/h + 0.50 €/km (outside Tartu). For larger volumes, ask for a package price.
Home moving (2–3 rooms) packing:
3–5 h ≈ €78–130
Office relocation (up to 6 workstations):
5–7 h ≈ €130–182
Art and electronics packing:
1–2 h ≈ €26–52
FAQ – frequently asked questions
Do you bring your own materials?
Yes. Bubble wrap, stretch film, foam protectors, and packaging cardboard are included in the price and adjusted to the load.
Does the service only include packing?
No. If desired, we can pack, load, transport, and set up furniture – everything from one place.
Do I need to be present during the packing?
No, but we recommend being nearby to confirm any special requests (e.g. “don’t put this in the box”).
What happens if I pack myself?
If you pack yourself, the cargo insurance may not cover internal damage (e.g. cracked glass). The boxes we pack are insured.
How long does packing take?
Packing an average two-room apartment takes 3–5 hours; larger surfaces and special items may take a little longer.
