If the client cancels the booked service less than 48 hours before the agreed start time, the service provider has the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Why is a cancellation fee charged?
Once the order has been confirmed, we begin preparing for the work and reserve the agreed time, vehicle and required personnel for the client.
The cancellation fee helps to partially cover costs related to:

reserving working time;

scheduling movers and other personnel;

reserving a suitable vehicle;

preparing the route and work arrangements;

order management and administrative procedures.
When cancellation notice is given less than 48 hours in advance, it is generally not possible to find another booking for the newly available time. As a result, the planned resources remain unused and the service provider may lose the income expected from the agreed work.

Cancellation fee amount
The cancellation fee depends on the amount of working time planned for the order.

These are minimum cancellation fees. If a different cancellation fee is stated in the quotation, order confirmation or a separate agreement, the terms set out in that specific quotation or agreement will apply.
The obligation to pay the cancellation fee arises when the order is cancelled less than 48 hours before the agreed start time.
Which services does this condition apply to?
The cancellation condition may apply to all services booked in advance for which working time, personnel or a vehicle have been reserved, including:

furniture transport and assembly;

packing services;
-
moving heavy items;
-
removal and disposal of old furniture;
-
transport and lifting assistance for construction materials.
The exact cancellation fee and the conditions under which it applies may also be stated in the quotation or order confirmation sent to the client.
How can an order be cancelled?
To cancel an order, contact us as early as possible and provide:

the client’s name;

the agreed date and start time of the work;

the service address;
-
the order or quotation number, if available.
A cancellation is considered registered only after the service provider has received the cancellation notice and confirmed it in writing. Without written confirmation, the order is not considered cancelled.
